Please note that the Club will have modified hours on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27th. The Club will open at its normal time and close at 5:00pm. The Fitness Floor will close 30 minute prior, at 4:30pm.

The Summer Shake-Up to Shape-Up

Every summer fitness enthusiasts run into the same problem. Do we skip the Club and go outside to work on our tans? Or do we spend another evening sweating away on the Club’s Fitness Floor? Luckily, we can have our summer, and live it too.

MEET OUR TEAM MEMBERS

Annie Batista, General ManagerAnnie brings both experience and passion to her role as General Manager of Sports Club/LA – Miami. Annie began her career in the fitness and hospitality industry at the New York Health & Racquet Club over 18 years ago where she worked as both a Membership Director and General Manager. Annie most recently worked at Reebok Sports Club/NY as a Membership Director and then transferred to San Francisco as the Assistant General Manager. Annie graduated from Baruch College – The City University of New York with a degree in Real Estate and Metropolitan Development.
Danielle Janke, Fitness ManagerDanielle has been with the company for over four years. She started in our Miami location as a Fitness Administrator and Executive Assistant, and then as Assistant Fitness Manager before becoming Fitness Manager. She graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication, and holds a NASM certification.
Ena Rivera, Spa Manager
Born in Nicaragua, Ena moved to Florida 4 years ago and began working at Sports Club/LA – Miami as a Spa Attendant. Ena was recently promoted to Spa Manager while earning her Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to customer service make her the perfect Spa Manager. Ena has an infectious smile and a passion for the Club and our Members.

Jose Ferro, Reception and Housekeeping ManagerJose brings both dedication and passion to his role as Reception and Housekeeping Manager of Sports Club/LA – Miami. Jose began his career in the fitness and hospitality industry at the Sports Club/LA over six years ago where he worked as a Receptionist, Reception Lead and Manager on Duty. Jose graduated from Florida International University – Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. In addition, Jose holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
Liliana Ninaquispe, Executive Administrator
Originally from Peru, Liliana came to the United States 24 years ago. She joined Sports Club/LA – Miami in 2011. In her role as Executive Administrator, she supports the Club's management team. Liliana is a true professional, dedicated to enhancing the lives of our Members and always dressed for success!
